What matters most is delivering real, positive, and lasting results for the residents of Cape Coral.Cape Coral deserves better than a part-time City Council.
I will do the hard work and thorough research that residents expect. Unlike our current tax-and-spend “rubber stamp” representatives who simply collect a paycheck and approve whatever comes before them, I will show up fully prepared and fight for your interests every single day.
I believe our city deserves smart infrastructure, transparent leadership, and quality-of-life amenities that match the needs of our growing community. Our proximity to the Gulf, beautiful mangroves and canals present valuable recreational opportunities to promote health, culture, and economic vitality.
***”My campaign is driven by my district and the entire city — not special interests, not anyone connected to the current mayor or the “good old boy network” of current leadership. I will champion Smart Growth, Restoring Trust, and Conservative Spending.”***
Transparency and Trust
I am committed to open, honest government. I will answer all direct, email, and social media questions, vote to explore every avenue of UEP assessment costs relief, and ensure clear, accessible reporting on council decisions and budget spending. Residents will have a real seat at the table so that our priorities shape every decision. I’ve designed a RESIDENT VOICE INITIATIVE that will super-charge actual voter influence on major city issues and projects.
Fiscal Responsibility Fiscal conservatism matters. Independent oversight is important to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and efficiently.
Infrastructure and Flooding We must address neighborhood flooding by providing proper drainage mitigation. Maintaining the health and beauty of our 400 miles of canals, and securing additional funding solutions for the UEP Utilities Expansion Project to protect homeowners from unaffordable/punitive hook-up fees and assessments is a priority. Smart infrastructure upgrades that include proper budgeting and planning, along with broadening the tax base, will support population growth while preserving our unique community character.
Economic Opportunity A safe, thriving Cape Coral starts with a strong economy. I will promote aggressively marketing our city to attract new businesses in technology, AI, healthcare, light industry, and manufacturing. By assessing our large tracts of available land as development opportunities, we can broaden the tax base, create good jobs, and build long-term prosperity.
Together, we will create a more vibrant, connected, and livable Cape Coral — where government works for the people, infrastructure serves our future, and our waterways become an asset.
A Better Cape Coral
I’m fighting for Smart Growth, Restoring Trust, and Expanding our Local Economy.

Stop Punitive Utility Assessments: Immediately address and reform the unfair Utilities Expansion Project assessments that are punishing our residents.
On-Time, On-Budget Infrastructure: Major city spending on infrastructure and building projects must be completed on time and on budget — no more delays, no more cost overruns.
